If we could measure pain and happiness, maybe we would be an upgraded civilisation. We could show our pain & happiness to others (which we can’t). Yet most of our population can’t feel for others or even guess. Most people in corporate are thinkers who don’t have a sense of others or show empathy. If there were more feelers in jobs, maybe the world could see a change. But business policy doesn’t always work on feeling for others — otherwise that would be a non-profitable charity.
